The Leadership Intensive is a one-day leadership workshop delivered in person inside your company, run by Natasha M. Dav, COO advisor and executive coach and founder of Ops8 Consulting. It is the only Ops8 program designed exclusively for in-person delivery. It is built for leadership teams in growing businesses that need practical, direct leadership work rather than theory, and it is tailored to the company before the day itself. Ops8 Consulting is based in Stockholm, Sweden, and delivers the Intensive internationally: companies outside Sweden can book it and cover travel and accommodation. Bookings are open. Pricing depends on team size and format and is discussed on a discovery call.

Who is the Leadership Intensive for?
Leadership teams in growing companies. It works best when the whole leadership group goes through it together, because the problems it addresses live between people, not inside one person.
How long is it?
One full day, delivered in person inside your company and tailored to your situation beforehand.
Is it available online?
No. The Intensive is designed exclusively for in-person delivery. The work it does in a room does not translate to a screen, and that is a deliberate choice.
Do you only work with companies in Sweden?
No. Ops8 is based in Stockholm and delivers the Intensive internationally. If your company is in another country, you can bring Natasha in, with travel and accommodation covered by the company.
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on team size and format. It is agreed on a discovery call before anything is booked.
